How to Measure Yourself

Chest: Measure under your arms, across the fullest part of the chest Waist: Hold your waist and bend to the side, to find the bend in your waist. This is the smallest part of your waist line and your natural waist – this is where you measure. Hips: Stand up straight with your feet together & measure around the fullest part of your hips Inseam: Measure the inside of the leg, from your ankle bone to just below the crotch.
